Where to find/download the MyBUas App?

The MyBUas App is available in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

I cannot log into the MyBUas app…

You can log into the MyBUas app with your own credentials.
Fill in your student number and personal password.

I can’t see my results in MyBUas app…

Have you tried refreshing the app? If so, please open the MyBUas app all over again. If this doesn’t work, check whether the internet functions properly.

Add/delete a timetable of a teacher in the MyBUas App

Add a timetable of a teacher in the MyBUas App.
*Note: The timetable of the teacher and your personal are shown in one timetable
- Click Timetable
- Click Settings (the gear icon)
- Click the + icon - Select teacher and enter the name of the teacher in the Search bar
- Click Plus, click add and confirm this action with "YES"

Delete a teachers timetable
- Click Timetable
- Click Settings (the gear icon)
- To delete a timetable, click on the name of the teacher and click on the Recyle Bin

I cannot see my personal timetable in MyBUas app…

Have you tried refreshing the app? If so, please open the MyBUas app all over again. If this doesn't work, check whether the internet functions properly. Does the app show any subscriptions, at the ‘Settings’ menu? If not, please add subscriptions to your timetable.

The results are not displayed correctly in the app…

Do the displayed results in the app match with the results displayed in Osiris? In both cases contact the servicedesk. Please indicate if the results in the app match with the results in Osiris.

My timetable is not displayed correctly in the app…

Please check if you are subscribed to the right class. You can check this if you open ‘Timetable’ en tab on the gear icon in the top right corner (iOS) or on the three points in the top right corner (Android). Now you can manage your subscriptions. Are subscribed for the right groups and still having problems with your timetable? Please contact the servicedesk.

When will the results be updated?

The results will be updated automatically if you open the app, with an interval of 15 minutes. You can also refresh the results manually. Go to ‘Results’ en swipe the screen down, or you can press the bended arrow at the ‘Dashboard’. The results will be refreshed.

Close the app and try to open te app all over again. If this doesn't work, please check whether your internet functions properly.
