MyNHTVapp Where to find/download the MyNHTV App?

The MyNHTV App is available in the Apple App Store and the Google play store.

MyNHTVapp I cannot log into the MyNHTV app…

You can log into the MyNHTV app with your own credentials. Fill in your student number and personal password.

MyNHTVapp I can’t see my results in MyNHTV app…

Have you tried refreshing the app? If so, please open the MyNHTV app all over again. If this doesn’t work, check whether the internet functions properly.

MyNHTVapp Add a timetable of a teacher in the MyNHTV App

Add a timetable of a teacher in the MyNHTV App.
*Note: The timetable of the teacher and your personal are shown in one timetable
- Click Menu
- Click Timetable
- Click the magnifier
- Select teacher, and enter the name of the teacher
- Click Plus, click add

Delete a teachers timetable
- Click Menu
- Click Timetable
- Click the Gear icon
- To delete a timetable, swipe to the left

MyNHTVapp I cannot see my personal timetable in MyNHTV app…

Have you tried refreshing the app? If so, please open the MyNHTV app all over again. If this doesn't work, check whether the internet functions properly. Does the app show any subscriptions, at the ‘Settings’ menu? If not, please add subscriptions to your timetable.

MyNHTVapp The results are not displayed correctly in the app…

Do the displayed results in the app match with the results displayed in Osiris? In both cases contact the servicedesk. Please indicate if the results in the app match with the results in Osiris.

Please check if you are subscribed to the right class. You can check this if you open ‘Timetable’ en tab on the gear icon in the top right corner (iOS) or on the three points in the top right corner (Android). Now you can manage your subscriptions. Are subscribed for the right groups and still having problems with your timetable? Please contact the servicedesk.

MyNHTVapp When will the results be updated?

The results will be updated automatically if you open the app, with an interval of 15 minutes. You can also refresh the results manually. Go to ‘Results’ en swipe the screen down, or you can press the bended arrow at the ‘Dashboard’. The results will be refreshed.

The timetable will be updated automatically if you open the app, with an interval of 15 minutes. You can also refresh the timetable manually. Go to ‘Timetable’ and swipe the screen down, or you can press the bended arrow at the ‘Dashboard’. The timetable will be refreshed.

MyNHTVapp I get an error when I open the app…

Close the app and try to open te app all over again. If this doesn't work, please check whether your internet functions properly.

The app will be updated when improvements or new features are available.
