Introduction video portal

My portal screen refreshes and nothing else happens? It seems that the page reload again.

Make sure that the date/time zone of your PC/laptop is adjusted for the Netherlands (GMT + 1:00) and make sure that the date/time is correct.

I get an error message after I entered my credentials?

Make sure you type in your password correctly. (Password is case sensitive!)

Office 365 automatically logged in with different account

When Office365 shows a different user after you’ve logged in, you need to delete your ‘cookies’.

Some pages in the portal are empty?
